Limited Drops Policy

Because we release in limited drops and small quantities, all sales are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email statement.stmnt@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we offer a replacement first (if available). If a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund.
Approved Returns (If Applicable)
If a return is approved by us, the item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, or damage not caused during shipping
- items marked final sale/clearance
- custom or personalized orders
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before your order ships. Please email statement.stmnt@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.
