Shipping policy

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new drops, restocks and high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer. If anything changes, we’ll email you with an update.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service disruptions, or peak seasons.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at statement.stmnt@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost/theft.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:

• checking with household members/neighbors

• contacting your local post office/carrier

• filing a claim with the carrier

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us at statement.stmnt@gmail.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address or delivery attempt issues, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. If you choose not to reship, we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
